He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Joanne Thomas; and his brother Dr. Michael Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica; and his brothers, Gregory (Geri), Dennis, Peter, David (Cheryl) and Dr. Robert Thomas (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
