He is survived by: his wife Delores R. Dezewiecki; his daughters, Dawn Mattox and Suzanne Arnold; his grandchildren, Allison Mattox (Chris Shuman), Joshua Mattox (Zana) and Brandan Arnold; and his great grandchildren, Lily Mattox, Brody Mattox, Terrence Schott and Bentley Arnold.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Port Huron Host Lions Club.
