He is survived by: his niece Elizabeth Markle (Steve); his nephews, Joseph Platzer (Nanette) and David Platzer (Carrie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natasha White, Alexandra Platzer, Jacob and Nicholas Platzer; Mike and Jan Cowley.
