We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2025, at the age of 68, John W. McCormick of Port Huron, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl VanCamp and Sally McCormick; his siblings, Nancy "Kay" Foster (Roland), Karen James (Richard) and Dwayne "Butch" VanCamp; and his sister-in-law Susan VanCamp.

He is survived by: his son Stephen Buckingham (Ruth); and his brother Dennis VanCamp (Terri).

Memorial contributions can be made to the wishes of the family.
