She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Margaret Smith (John Lawrence McVeigh); and her brothers, Walter Smith Jr. and Ronald Smith. She is survived by: her husband John; her brother Gary Smith (Linda); her sons, John McVeigh (Justine), Mark McVeigh (Christina) and Scott McVeigh (Lauri); and her grandchildren, Thomas, Daniel, Maggie and Patrick McVeigh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blue Water Hospice Home in Marysville, MI.
