We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2022, at the age of 65, Julie L. Billings (Port Huron, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Billings and Shirley Saltzgiver (Bastin-Billings); her sister Jeri White; and her grandmother Christine Pelc of Warren, MI.. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Waisanen-Handley (Jason) of Fort Gratiot and Matthew Waisanen (Melanie Smith) of Fort Gratiot Michigan; her sister Jan Paquette; her nephew Joe Paquette of Warren; her niece Ashe Burgess (William) of Kentwood, Michigan.; her aunt Lavenia Billings (Dean) of Smiths Creek; her uncle Wayne Billings (Veda) of Chesterfield; and her cousins, Nikki Mencer-Klonaris (Sandy) of Brooklyn and Julie Rood (Evan) of St Clair.
