She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Sullivan and Esther O'Sullivan; and her cousin William "Bill" (Carol Soini). She is survived by: her siblings, Jane O'Sullivan and John F. O'Sullivan (Carol); her siblings' children, John P. O'Sullivan, Ryan O'Sullivan (Lauren Novak), Sean O'Sullivan (Jessica) and Jillene Morgan (Tim); her great-niece Delaney O'Sullivan; and her cousins, Alice Gibson, David Germain (Sharon Curtiss), Mary Tausig (Miguel) and Patricia Verlinde.
