He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Dismuke and June Dismuke (James); and his brother-in-law Alex Langolf. He is survived by: his wife Judy Block; his children, Matthew Dismuke (Jill), Nathan Dismuke and Nicole Elliott (Clinton); his stepchildren, Michael Block (Stefenie), Christy Ingle (Tyler) and Megan Block-Brewer (Eli); his half-siblings, William "Bill" Dismuke and Sharon Dismuke; his stepsister Tina Pettengill; and his sister-in-law Sharon Langolf. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
