He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kleinstiver and Edith Kleinstiver; and his brother Eric. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his daughter Corinna; his grandchildren, Marco, Hannah and Jaime Velez; and his sister Elizabeth Narva (Will).

The family is grateful for condolences and in lieu of flowers, would like donations to be made to the Vero Beach Opera in support of young artists.

His mother, Edith Kleinstiver, was my Godmother at my baptism at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Port Huron, Michigan. Edith was a cousin to my mother, Adeline Wasmuth. Edith was held in high esteem just as her son Lloyd was deemed by his cousins. Lloyd was a personable, knowledgeable, helpful being and many will suffer their loss of him. My sympathy to Barb and all his family and friends. gloria Philp”
