She is survived by: her husband Birney Summers; her son Ken Summers (Toni); her grandsons, Kevin and Mark; her great grandchild Holly Summers; her daughter Heather Galloway (Joshua); her grandchildren, Matthew, Shannon and Ethan; her siblings, Robert Vanderpool, Penny Carmichael and Bonnie Hopper; and her nephew John Carmichael.
