Madeline Y Avery Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madeline Y Avery of Port Huron, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Travers L. Keener and Cecil E. Keener; her husband Raymond S. Avery; her siblings, Zetta Essenburg (William), Alberta Robson (Ford), Fredrick "Fritz" Keener (Carol) and Jane Kidd (George); and her parents-in-law, Rev G. C. and Rita Avery.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Gostinger (Louis) and Trish Swenson (Konrad); her grandsons, Kyle Gostinger (Inga), Tyler Gostinger (Kelsey), Austin Swenson and Spencer Swenson; and her great grandchildren, Sofia, Grayson and Kira. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Clair County Veterans Affairs with the memo Emergency Hardship Fund to help veterans in need.
