He was predeceased by: his father Ernest L. Welsh; his brother Randy Welsh; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Carlson and Ron Purdy. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Welsh (Cathy), Diane Carlson, Connie Purdy, Debbie Amster (John) and Scott Welsh (LeAnne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
