He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Garvey and Elizabeth Garvey. He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Heard (Kenny), Kathleen, Carol and Shirley Garvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.Inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly at a later date.Memorial contributions may be made to D.A.V.
