She was predeceased by: her father Steven Garska; her husband Charles A. "Van" VanNorman; her son Steven Frazer; and her grandchildren, Philip Frazer, Cody McConnell and Pamela McConnell.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Frazer, Sharon Charboneau (John), Pamela Frazer and Randy VanNorman (Becky); and her sisters, Eva Harding (John) and Wanda Pretzer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
