He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Forbes (Quandt); his son Michael Allen Forbes Jr.; his siblings, Bill Forbes (Debbie), Steve Forbes (Linda), Brian Forbes (Chris), Teresa Lehr (Jim) and Rodney Forbes (Tammy); and his grandsons, Logan Forbes (Bree) and Payton Forbes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
