She is survived by: her husband Neil; her children, Leonard M. Forton Jr., Andrea Guyette (Mark) and Donald Duckworth (Terryn); her grandchildren, Alex, Xavier, Emma, Robbie, Ella, Jayse, Tyler and Pyper; her great grandchild Micheala; and her siblings, Janine Richie (Dennis) and Tim Davidson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
