Norman Floyd Furness Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Floyd Furness (Port Huron, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Earl and Marie Frances Furness (Bubel); and his siblings, Armetta Samson, Harold, Clayton and Clifford Furness.
He is survived by: his wife Janelle Faith Goudie; his children, Becky Furness of Port Huron and Brad Furness of Port Huron; his grandchildren, Chase Furness (Amy), Alexandrea Furness and Dylan Brown (Breean); his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Nathan Brown; and his siblings, Vivian Swanson and Gerald Furness (Julie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Memorial - Smith Chapel (1525 Hancock St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Allied Veterans Cemetery (4002 Gratiot Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060).
