He was predeceased by: his father Robert Frank Jr.; his grandparents, Robert Frank Sr. and Birdallas Culver (Bigelow); his mother Myrtle Isabell Culver (Roark); and his brothers-in-law, Dee, Larry and Johnnie Angerbrandt.
He is survived by: his wife Krystal Culver (Angerbrandt); his daughters, Barbara Oliver (Earl), Karen Peterson (Ned), Janet Culver and Christina Myrkle (Jared); his grandchildren, Austin, Kaden, Joshua, Cheyenne and James; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Camm (Butch) and Kim Angerbrandt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
