He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cook; his children, Orland Borgerson, Susan Matthews (George Benjamin) and Michele Forstner (Jim); his grandchildren, Jordan Matthews, Taylor Matthews, Sydney Forstner and Ethan Forstner; and his siblings, Doug Borgerson and Ann Waxon (Les). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
