She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lewandowski and Betty Lewandowski; and her sister Patricia Perry. She is survived by: her husband Jesse; her daughters, Stephanie Wooley (Nate), Christina Phillips (Greg) and Jennifer Haxer (Justin); and her brothers, Kenny Lewandowski (Anna), Bill Lewandowski and Wayne Lewandowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
