He was predeceased by: his parents, Alger Ashley and Esther Ashley; and his siblings, Marilyn Negowski (Ben), Burt and Dennis Frame.

He is survived by: his wife Monica Ciochon; his son Shawn; his siblings, Richard, Ellen, Jim Brookins, Bob and Jan Frame; and his sister-in-law Gail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
