He is survived by: his sister Judith Pifer; his wife Betty Sue O'Brien; his children, Mike (Staci), Debbie, Deanna (Rick), LuAnn (John), Suzanne and Timothy (Sara); and his grandchildren, Steven, Kyle, Scott, Joshua, Cody, Melissa, Amanda, Ricky, Justa, Kristin, Ashleigh, Addison, Connor, Emerson, Madison and Charlotte.

Memorials are suggested to Blue Water Hospice Home or Grace Episcopal Church.
