He was predeceased by: his daughter Falysia. He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Adams and Gabrielle Adams; his grandchildren, Claire and Madelyn; and his parents, Stella Adams and Robert Ware. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles.
