He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan Piotter; his stepsons, Raymond Hill (Tonya) and Christopher Piotter; his grandchildren, Griffin and Charlie Sue; his siblings, Julie Christofferson, Bobbie Yuvan (Robert), Joan Smith (James), Joe Carolan (Vicki) and Mark Carolan (Jeff Pettit); his sister-in-law Jean Carolan; and his friend Rusty Knox.
