She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd DeLong and Lavena DeLong; her husband William "Bill" Jacobsen; her son Robert "Bob" Cardinal; and her siblings, Beverly Wieland (Alfred), Joyce Hirshfeld (Frank), Barbara Duckworth (Edward), Curtis Delong (Nancy) and Glen DeLong (Gail).
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri VanCamp (Dennis) and Victoria Moeller (John); and her brother Gary DeLong (Doris). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
