He was predeceased by: his former wife Dianna. He is survived by: his spouse Cynda Turner; his children, Mark (Anthony), Kristine, Scott (David) and Michelle (James); his grandchildren, Dallas, Nicklaus and Brady; his daughter Debbie Moss (George II); and his grandchildren, George III and Erin.
