He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. Bingham (Fin) and Arlene J. Bingham (Day); his wife Patricia K. Oliver; his in-laws, William and Geraldine Oliver; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Oliver and Rick McEwen.

He is survived by : his significant other Roberts Lee; his sons, Rick (Ronda) and Ron Bingham (Kerriann); his grandchildren, McKale, Noehl, Logan and Brendan; his great grandchild Emma; his siblings, Judy Brandon, Jane Sicurella (Joe), Nancy Adie (Norm) and David Bingham; his nieces and nephews, Charlie Bingham, Billy McEwen, Jeff McEwen, Andy Oliver, Jodi Coghlin, Jenny Uka and Sasha Sicurella; and his sister-in-law Nan Oliver.
