He was predeceased by: his father Richard Moore; and his brother Charles R. Moore. He is survived by: his mother Carol Moore; his children, Davison Moore and A. Avery Moore; his siblings, L. Jayne Moore, Dan Moore, Kelly Anglin (Paul) and Bret Moore; and his pet Choppo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
