He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph David and Elinore Margaret Myer (Larsen); and his sisters, Helen Myer and Mary Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert (Jill), Carl (Donna), Patrick (Lisa) and Barbara Kurtz (Arnie). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
