He is survived by : his wife Jenny Howe (Markos); his sons, Richard Howe II (Carrie), Scott Howe (Tara) and James Howe (Courtney); his niece Rachel Lukas (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Elijah Howe, Kohen Howe, Jonah Howe, Jessica Howe, Brayden Howe, Isaac Howe, Makenzie Howe and Rowan.
