He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald, Delores Thomas, Paul and Gloria Horan; and his cousin Amanda Rae Metivier.
He is survived by: his son Jack Robert Daniel Horan; his stepson Brandyn Mark Thomas Hubble; his parents, Sandra K. Horan and Paul R. Horan; his siblings, Angie, Sean, Tara and Ryan (Symonia); and his siblings' children, Madison, Colby, Logan, Lena, Gwen, Nora, Kaia, Kora and Kira. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
