It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary R Howard of Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Doucette and Marybelle Doucette; and her aunts and uncles, Pat, Jean, Max and Art.
She is survived by: her husband David Howard; her son Ryan Proctor (Tina); her grandchildren, Cassandra, Caden, Colton and Liberty Proctor; her brother Fred Doucette; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Howard, Charles, Thomas, Mark and Timothy Howard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home (1720 Elk St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Mid City Nutrition or Blue Water Area Humane Society.
