It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Sebastian of Port Huron, Michigan, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Natasha (Dan Wiley) and Mira Passalacqua; her former husband Fredrick Paul Passalacqua; and her siblings, Ronald Sebastian Jr., Donna Kelly (Don) and Pamela Alexsandrowski (Mark). She is also survived by many best friends, nieces and nephews.
