With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Madelyn Kelley (Port Huron, Michigan), born in Richmond, Michigan, who passed away on February 14, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Foshie and Shirley Foshie; her grandmother Mary Ruth Elswick; her brothers, Randall Foshie and Keith Foshie; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Donaghy and Charles Silver.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Kelley; and her siblings, Tammy Silver, Debbie Donaghy, Shirley Hill (Larry Bark), Terrie Solomon (Brian) and Rusty Corry (Janie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
