She was predeceased by: her father Bedford Smith; her husband Paul John Hazlinsky Jr.; and her brother Robert Apley. She is survived by: her children, William Hazlinksy of Shelby Township and Michelle Smith of Port Huron; her siblings, Roger Rolfe (Lorraine) of Bear and Betty Backus (Virginia) of Chesapeake; her sister-in-law Joan Apley (Virgina) of Newport News; her grandchildren, Brady Fye, Amber Smith and Courtney Hazlinksy; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Gabriel, Elijah and Jackson. She is also survived by her close friends and family, especially her great-grandchildren.
