He was predeceased by: his parents, William Salisbury and Burlene Salisbury; and his brothers, Burl, Terry, David, Paul and William Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Janet McPherson; his children, Amanda Salisbury, Shannon Singh (Steven) and Shawn Salisbury Jr. (Sarah Burchel); his grandchildren, Serenity Singh and Lucas Rosario; and his brothers, Keith King (Dana) and Charles King (Marsha). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
