He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Cooper and Marilyn Cooper (Winter). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Fiona, Alexis, Gavin, Liam and Landon; his wife Diane Miller; his children, Lindsay Soule (Mark), Steven Cooper (Kristen) and Eric Cooper (Julie); and his sisters, Joyce Truett (Henry), Nancy Brummund (Paul) and Phyllis Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home (1720 Elk St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
