He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel E. Collins and Theodore Collins Sr.; and his sisters, RuthAnn Collins and Sybil Lee. He is survived by: his wife Emily J. Rabidue; his daughters, Christine Collins and Erin Kreinest (Craig); his granddaughter Rachel Collins; and his cousin Lori Malcolm.
