She is survived by: her husband William J. Black; her children, Nonie Black and Clifford Black (Shawna); her grandsons, Joshua, Cody, Shane and Jason Black; her siblings, Vernell Neil Jr., John Neil Sr. (Darlene), Patrick Neil, Wesley Neil (Tammy), Mary Fuller Sr. (Robert), Caroline Gromek and Patricia Neil; and her siblings-in-law, Dave Albert, Jeff Tanton, Jerry Livingston, Janet Black and Janet Tack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
