She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil LaVere and Helen LaVere; her siblings, Margaret Richards (James), Terry N. LaVere, Richard W. LaVere, Kenneth R. LaVere and Robert W. LaVere; and her sister-in-law Kim LaVere.
She is survived by: her sons, Franklin Shovan, Christopher Shovan (Kay) and Robert W. Lange; her siblings, Gary LaVere, Mary Lou Knowles (Gordon) and Cindy Baxter (John); and her sister-in-law Marsha LaVere. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Baptist Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Michigan Lupus Foundation.
