He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Ann; and his siblings, Eugene, Joe, Alan, John and Shirley Ann (Mark).
He is survived by: his children, Sheila and Shane Welsh; his siblings, Bryan (Ona), Kelly (Mary), Craig, Shane, Michael Frantz (Judy), Mary Frantz and Shalene Eldridge; and his father William Welsh. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
