He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his brother Phil Keuhlen. He is survived by: his friend Chris; his children, Tim Keuhlen, Tracie Keuhlen and Brian Henderson; and his siblings, Danny Keuhlen, Joe Keuhlen, Larry Keuhlen, Rosy DiPrimo (Ken) and Susie Gadd (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
