Darla Jule Thompson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darla Jule Thompson of Portage, Michigan, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Vanderwall and Emma Vanderwall (Eikelberg); and her brother Darle Vanderwall. She is survived by: her husband James Thompson; her daughters, Wendy Batchelor (Dan), Amy Ursprung and Mary Blackport (Brad); and her granddaughters, Kristen Ursprung, Madison Speier (Mark), Avery Batchelor and Berkleigh Blackport.

Memorials may be left to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Darla.
