She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George West and Pauline West (Waterson); her friends, Jodi and Rick; her wife Molly Wilson; her daughters, Michelle Jacobs and Lisa Bouma (Bryan); her grandchildren, Cory Jacobs (Amanda) and Vanessa Bouma; her great grandchildren, Tara, Thomas and Andre; and her nephews, Gary West (Michelle) and Greg West (Kathy).
