He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Vincent and Flora O'Brien (Shaw); his wife Ada Mary O'Connell; and his son Reverend Thomas F. A. O'Brien. He is survived by: his children, Francis Anthony O'Brien, Jr., Sharon Ann Boschert (Wes), Jane Carey Shetterley (Rick) and Paul Gregory O'Brien. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
