He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis DeBlecourt and Henrietta DeBlecourt (Vlietstra); his brother John DeBlecourt; his brother-in-law Tom Nietering; and his niece Sara Houseman.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy DeBlecourt (Peterman); and his siblings, Dave DeBlecourt (Beth), Linda Curtis (Bill) and Carol Nietering.
