Imelda Rose Horn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Imelda Rose Horn in Portage, Michigan, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Semplowski and Laura Semplowski (Gerling); her husband Meredith Horn; her stepfather Christopher Zuber; and her brother Walter Semplowski.
She is survived by : her children, Denise Myers (Daniel) of Jenison, Elaine Hammond of Portage, Lucinda Michael (Bradley) of Vicksburg and Michael Horn of Vicksburg; and her sisters, Martha Hahnenkamp and Mary Best. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
