She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Irene Phillips (McGoran). She is survived by: her children, Denise Pajak (John) and Chris DeFields (Carrie); her grandchildren, Justin, Jarrett, Jaden DeFields, Brianne, Samantha and Cassidy Pajak; and her great grandchildren, Elliot, Georgia and Zeli.
