Jeffrey S. Hirdning age 59 of Portage passed away Wednesday March 11, 2026, at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Jeffrey was born April 29, 1966, in Kalamazoo the son of Raymond and Laura (Mack) Hirdning. He attended Schoolcraft Schools and was employed by Canteen Services. Jeffrey was a member of Radiant Church, and he enjoyed car Shows, golfing, snowmobiling, camping, watching NASCAR and was an avid Detroit Tigers Baseball fan. Surviving are a daughter, Shelby Hirdning; two brothers, Mark (Jennifer) Hirdning, Brian (Mary) Hirdning; seven nieces & nephews, Jacob Hirdning, Scott Hirdnining, Julie Hirdning, Ryan Hadley, Evan Hadley, Austin Hirdning, Ashley Hirdning; three great-nieces. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Hirdning and his parents.
