He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alburton Johnson and Esther Johnson (Cam); his wife Caryle; his children, Kariann Johnson of South Haven and Joshua Johnson (Meghan) of Portage; his grandchildren, Autumn Leadingham, Graham, Drake and Chris Johnson; his sisters, Joyce Rutherford of Kalamazoo and Jeana Alexander (Derek) of Allegan; his in-laws, Douglas and Judith Labadie; and his brother-in-law Steve Rutherford. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to his grandchildren's sports activities fund.
